Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of www.aizombiecouple.com and the AI Zombie Couple account, credit, payment, upload, and AI video generation features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Zombie Couple is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by a model provider.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.

Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. We may require verification or limit access to protect users, payments, supporting systems, or the Service.

3. What you may create

You may use the Service to generate video from text, key frames, and supported reference media, subject to these Terms, applicable third-party conditions, and applicable law.

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or generate material without the necessary rights, consent, or lawful basis
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights
• Create sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized content involving minors
• Promote credible threats, terrorism, violent extremism, hate, targeted harassment, self-harm, or unlawful weapons activity
• Deceive people through impersonation, fabricated endorsement, fraud, phishing, spam, or dangerously misleading media
• Submit malware, steal credentials, bypass moderation or payment controls, abuse credits or refunds, scrape restricted areas, overload the Service, or interfere with other users

We may reject inputs, stop tasks, remove content, limit activity, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules.

4. Your prompts, references, and outputs

You keep rights you already hold in material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the requested workflow.

You are responsible for obtaining permission for people, brands, recordings, copyrighted works, and other protected material in your uploads. Avoid confidential material unless its use is necessary and authorized.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to another user's output, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review it before publication or commercial use. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or accepted by another platform. Additional third-party terms may apply.

5. Credits and payments

The generator shows an estimated credit cost based on the selected model, duration, resolution, and references. Confirm that total before submitting a task.

• Credits may expire according to the plan or pack shown at purchase
• A confirmed failed task may receive an automatic credit refund
• A successful task consumes the displayed or otherwise agreed amount
• Subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing controls
• Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not reverse a completed billing period
• Except where law requires otherwise or checkout expressly states it, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable

Stripe processes payments. Taxes and final billing terms are shown during checkout.

6. Availability and changes

Models, endpoints, controls, limits, prices, and credit rates can change. We may pause or discontinue a workflow because of maintenance, model availability, safety, security, legal requirements, or abuse. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue when their nature requires it.

8. Intellectual property

The AI Zombie Couple software, interface, brand, and original site content belong to AI Zombie Couple or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. Third-party model and product names identify compatible workflows and remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ZOMBIE COUPLE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFIT, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or USD 100. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Disputes and governing rules

Mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law protections continue to apply. Otherwise, the law applicable at the operator's principal place of business governs these Terms, and a court with lawful jurisdiction over the operator will hear disputes.

Before filing a claim, email support@aizombiecouple.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or a legally required consumer process.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively as the Service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version.
